FAQs : Shopping and Ordering

To place an order, you need to create an account and login from here.

  1. Add the gift you would like to order to the cart.
  2. From the cart, click on the checkout button.
  3. Add the required details for the gift and any special notes you would like to convey to the artist.
  4. Give the precise address where the gift is to be delivered.
  5. Make the payment!
  6. Your order will reach the address within the ETD mentioned on the gift page.

We accept almost every major credit card , debit cards, net banking, wallets and UPI payments.

Your order will be dispatched before the ETD specified on the gift page and  if you feel it’s getting late, feel free to contact our support.

 
 

In the order notes, you can enter any special instructions that you would like to convey to the us, like you want to get it delivered on a specific day, use a specific color/style, etc.

No, you cannot change your delivery address! In exceptional cases, contact the support before dispatch for a request of change of address. Still, we don’t guarantee that the delivery address will be changed.

Yeah, you will get an invoice after order completion.

The listed price is inclusive of delivery and all other charges.

Order Cancellation is not possible since the we might have already finished crafting your gift and we can’t sell it to anyone else.
