Cancellation
- After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet and the amount will be refunded to the customer bank account automatically within 7 working days.
- We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Replacement and Exchange
The buyer will be eligible for a replacement/exchange only if the buyer can prove that the product delivered is physically damaged, has missing parts, entirely different from the details specified in the product page, product description, or the details provided in the order notes. To start a return, we recommend you to initiate a case directly over whatsapp. You must submit multiple photographs and an unboxing video of the product to complete the request. we would guide you through the procedure.
Be sure to enquire about the following details and reach an understanding before returning the item:
• Where you should send the product (the Seller’s address).
• The product needs to be returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Giftecious will not be able to accept the product. . We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, Giftecious reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves.
A return/refund/exchange will be processed only if:
• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
• The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
Conditions
Products may not be eligible for return in Following cases:
• Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• Request for returns/exchange should be placed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Note
We reserve the right to refuse to accept request for return of the goods/products and not provide an exchange/refund.
Customized/personalized product cannot be returned/replaced.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
