Cancellation

  • After placing an order, customers may cancel it within 24 hours by providing a valid reason, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. The amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account automatically within 7 working days.

  • We do not accept cancellations once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Replacement and Exchange

You are eligible for a replacement or exchange only if the delivered product is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Missing parts

  • Entirely different from the product description or order details

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp. You must submit:

  • Multiple clear photographs of the product

  • An unboxing video of the item

We will guide you through the process.

Before returning the item, ensure you understand:

  • The address where the product needs to be returned

  • The product must be returned within one week of delivery. After that period, we will not accept the return.

We will inspect the damage and attempt to repair or replace the product. However, Giftecious reserves the right to verify damage authenticity and determine if a replacement is possible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A return, refund, or exchange will only be processed if:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession

  • It matches what was originally shipped

  • It is returned in its original condition with box, MRP tag, manual, warranty card, and accessories


Conditions

Products are not eligible for return if:

  • Marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • The request is made more than 24 hours after delivery

Note:
We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange/refund requests.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or replaced.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank, as processing time can vary

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
