Cancellation Policy
  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not been dispatched.

  • A valid reason must be provided for the cancellation.

  • If eligible, the refund will be credited automatically to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.

  • No cancellations are accepted after the product has been dispatched.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible for replacement or exchange only if:

  • The product is physically damaged

  • The product has missing parts

  • The product received is completely different from the product description or order notes

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us directly on WhatsApp

  • Submit multiple photographs and an unboxing video of the product

  • We will guide you through the next steps

Before returning the product, please confirm:

  • The return address for the product

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse within one week of delivery

Giftecious will inspect the returned product and attempt to repair or replace it if appropriate. We reserve the right to determine the authenticity of damage and eligibility for replacement.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A return, refund, or exchange will only be processed if:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession

  • The product matches what was originally shipped

  • The product is returned in its original condition including:

    • Manufacturer’s box

    • MRP tag

    • User manual

    • Warranty card

    • All original accessories


Non-Returnable Conditions
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product detail page

  • Requests placed after 24 hours of product delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

Note: We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests at our discretion.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to reflect

  3. Contact your bank — some delays may occur during processing

Shipping Returns
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
